You’ve landed here because you purchased, or are thinking about purchasing, one of our products. Yes, they are shipped on a USB stick. Yes, they should play in all devices including TV’s, DVD Players, Blu-ray Players, Gaming Consoles, and Desktop or Laptop computers. Any open USB port should do.
We typically recommend turning on your device first and, if applicable, tuning to the input so you can see the splash page or menu of your device. At this point you can insert your USB flash drive into an open USB port. An onscreen display or alert should pop up. If it doesn’t, use the “input” or “source” button on your remote and browse to the new device that pops up for the USB stick. Titles of this will vary but most likely it will say something about USB, or SanDisk, etc. From there you should be able to select it and navigate through the folder to find the videos you purchased and want to watch. Think of it like browsing files on your computer.
Once you’re done watching your video, you can leave the USB stick inserted for the next time, or you can remove it. If you choose to remove it, we recommend turning off your device first, and then removing it.
